Different tissues of maize inbred line B73, including root, stem, leaf, stamen, pulvinus, sheath, pedicel, young ear, pistil and bract, were harvested for qRT-PCR assays. The transcription abundance of ZmCRY1b in the root was set as the control, and the ratio of ZmCRY1b/Tubulin in the root was set as 1.
