GFPGFP-TaATG8a的VOX载体导入农杆菌, 采用Agroinfiltration方法转化烟草叶片。对照(CK)烟草叶片注射不含农杆菌的MMA溶液。转化7 d后在荧光显微镜下观察GFP荧光。标尺为100 μm。

The GFP-expressing and the GFP-TaATG8a-expressing vector plasmids were transformed into Agrobacterium tumefaciens and agroinfiltrated into N. benthamiana leaves, respectively. Control N. benthamiana leaves were infiltrated with the MMA buffer. GFP fluorescence in N. benthamiana leaves was observed at 7 days after agroinfiltration. Bar: 100 μm.
