将表达GFPGFP-TaATG8a的烟草叶片汁液摩擦接种于二叶期小麦幼苗第2叶, 对照(CK)植株摩擦的汁液来自注射MMA溶液的对照烟草植株叶片。分别于接种后第7天和20天观察第2叶和第3叶中的GFP荧光。标尺为500 μm。

The second leaves of two-leaf-stage wheat seedlings were rub-inoculated with extract prepared from GFP-expressing or GFP-TaATG8a-expressing N. benthamiana leaves containing FoMV virions. For control seedlings, their second leaves were rub-inoculated with extract prepared from N. benthamiana leaves infiltrated with the MMA buffer. GFP fluorescence in the inoculated leaves was observed at 7 days and that in the third uninoculated leaves observed at 20 days after virus inoculation. Bar: 500 μm.
