摘要: 本实验以V型细胞质雄性不育小麦幼穗为材料,用蔗糖衬垫法和两相法成功地分离纯化了小麦幼穗线粒体,并用SDS-PAGE电泳方法结合高灵敏度的银染技术对其线粒体蛋白质进行了比较分析,发现雄性不育系与相应保持系之间有明显差异,不育系(V1A和V2A)均缺少一个分子量为14kD的蛋白质。线粒体与V型细胞质雄性不育的产生可能存在着某
