摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以 N_6培养基为基础,培养基各组份用量的多少对培养率的影响,进行了全面的优化试验。1987年变化了20个组份的因素水平。在对87年试验结果进行变量分析和主次因子研究的基础上,又设计了1988年的试验,继续改变了17个组份的因素水平。连续两个周期的试验研究表明,培养基各组份的合适用量,以及它们之间的一定的组合关系可导致花培
