摘要： 以4个水稻品种的成熟胚诱导的愈伤组织为材料，研究了继代培养中胚性与非胚性愈伤组织的游离氨基酸库的变化和愈伤组织再分化的关系，结果表明，天冬酰胺含量随愈伤组织继代培养时间的延长而成倍增加，而酷氨酸、鸟氨酸和氨含量则显著减少，品种之间表现一致，与愈伤组织分化率的相关系数达显著或极显著水平，胚性愈伤组织经
