Study on the Variation of the Superoxide Dismutase of Soybean under Salt-stress Condition

摘要: 对4个大豆品种及其杂种F2代在无盐及盐胁迫条件下萌发的胚根超氧物歧化酶(SOD)进行分析。其结果,无盐胁迫时大豆SOD有7条酶带,随萌发天数的增加酶活性降低,酶带从C3开始消失,以后C2和C1带消失;在盐胁迫条件下,诱发产生6条新的酶带,即d组的d1、d2和d3带,e组的e1、e2和e3带,产生出多种酶谱。相对于产生正常的7条酶带
