摘要: 本文研究了海岛棉无腺体突变体品系海1的遗传机制.等位性测验结果表明:(1)海1无腺体性状由位于Gl2位点上的部分显性突变基因控制,暂定名为Gle2;(2)海1携有有腺体基因Gl3,Gle2对Gl3有上位性作用;(3)海1的基因型可表达为Gle2Gle2Gl3Gl3;(4)海1无腺体的遗传为核遗传,不受细胞质影响。本文还讨论了海1显性无腺体遗

Abstract: The allelism test of Hai 1 strain of glandless cotton(G.barbadense L.)was reported in this paper.
