摘要: 谷子幼穗诱导形成的愈伤组织,经甲基磺酸乙脂(EMS)诱变处理和8个月的连续筛选及近6个月的稳定培养后,获得了一个耐盐性稳定的细胞变异系,并且获得了它的再生植株。对在无盐压下生长三代的耐盐细胞系的生理生化分析表明,其对氯化钠和聚乙二醇所引起的离子和水分胁迫具有较强的抗性。在无盐胁迫条件下,耐盐系的相对细胞
