摘要: 研究了5种玉米胚乳突变基因(o2.su1,sh2,bt2,wx)及其互作对籽粒百粒重、蛋白质含量及蛋白质组分(精蛋白、球蛋白、醇溶蛋白、谷蛋白)的影响,并观察了蛋白质组分在突变体籽粒发育过程中的变化。结果表明,与正常型相比,o2,su1,sh2,bt2单突变体和各种双突变体均不同程度降低百粒生和增加蛋白质含量;蛋白质组分中,醇溶蛋
