摘要: 稻瘟病菌生理小种的鉴别对培育抗稻瘟病水稻品种具有重要意义。传统方法利用一套鉴别品种区分小种既复杂又易受各种因素的影响。我们在日本稳定菌株北1的基因组文库中筛选出了一套含重复顺序的克隆,2 个克隆被证实具有高度的多态性。用其中的POR6对17个稻瘟病菌株Southern分析,获得了可分辨和重复的基因组特异的指纹图谱。
