摘要:
对湖南澧县大坪双堰东周遗址水井出土的3粒炭化稻谷和7粒炭化稻米进行形态分析,结果显示双堰古稻具有大粒性和许多类似于粳型的形质特征(包括双峰乳突等),表明它属于籼、粳之间的偏粳类型。与新石器时代遗址出土的古稻谷相比,双堰古稻的谷粒更宽、更厚和更重,表明其谷粒有向短而圆的粳型变化的趋势。
