摘要: 本试验是用四种不同的温湿度处理大豆花朵,表明降低空气湿度、温度可以有效地保存大豆花粉生活力,低温(-3至-4℃)干燥处理可以保存大豆花粉生活力15天,比自然条件延长13—14天。花粉发芽率可以作为杂交有效性的性指标,8—12℃干燥器中保存九天仍有良好的杂交效果。
