摘要: 应用同位素15N 示踪证实了粪产碱菌(Alcaligenes faecalis)A—15和阴沟肠杆菌(Enterobacter cloacae)E—26均有较高的固氮能力。用这两株菌接种水稻幼苗,在不添加碳源时,它们不论单独或混合接种均能在水稻根际正常生长和固氮,其部分固氮产物能迅速转移到水稻植株;若添加碳源,则固氮量剧增。

Abstract: By means of ~(15)N tracing assays,it was proved that both Alcaligenes faecalis strain 15 and Ent-erobacter cloacae strain 26 possessed of significant ability of nitrogen fixation.When these twostrains of bacteria were inoculated to the rice seedlings,individually or in mixture,they grew normallyand
