摘要: 配制了(普通小麦×中间偃麦草)杂交组合15个。在回交结实的 F1植株 PMC中均观察到染色体完全呈单价体构型。单株染色体分析表明,获得的32个 BC1单株基本上包括了2n=42至2n=63的各种过渡类型,其中2n=63植株占37.5%。而且81.25%的植株在2n=59~63的范围内。显然,F1产生的可育雌配子主要是染色
