摘要： 对玉米(Zea mays L.)“小粒黄”受精前后的胚囊进行组织化学研究。分别用 Feulgen 反应及甲基绿——派咯宁、吖啶橙染色,显示核酸及核结构。(1)大孢子母细胞及二、四核胚囊的核质显示 Feulgen 正反应。在八核胚囊中,卵器端核质染色开始下降。成熟胚囊中,卵核、助细胞核、极核核质的染色下降。受精卵核质的 Feulgen 正反应有所
