摘要: 本文通过对太谷显性核不育小麦的可育株、不育株及 T 型不育系小麦和农大139小麦(可育株对照)的雄蕊、雌蕊及旗叶、不同发育时期的酯酶和过氧化物酶同工酶进行了一系列比较研究,找出了两种同工酶在各器官组织中的变化规律,发现了太谷可育株与不育株之间、雄蕊的两种同工酶从“花粉母细胞减数分裂期”时起均已有明显差异。说明
