摘要： 本研究对70个水稻品种的18个性状进行主成分分析后,用遗传向量b_(gki)=1/(λ_k)(?)1_(kj)r_(gij)h_ih_j估算各分量对主成分的遗传贡献。定义各品种遗传向量间的距离为遗传距离。用遗传距离聚类,可把70个水稻品种分成11个生态类型,类型内的品种具有基本相似的生态特征和遗传基础。聚类分析表明,BT 型杂交粳稻所用的保持系与恢
