摘要:

在人工控制条件下,研究了低温(9℃和11℃)对不同小麦品种的花粉发育阶段(四分孢子至开花)的影响。1、在低温下,不同小麦品种的花粉发育速度存在着显著差异。在9℃下最快与最慢品种相差8天。2、有些品种的花粉发育速度对温度反应较敏感,当温度有微小变化时,其开花期显著提早或推迟。有些品种则不很敏感,当温度改变时,对开花期的影响则较小。3、不同小麦品种在花粉发育阶段耐低温的能力不同。有些品种耐低温力强,结实率较高;有些品种耐低温力弱,结实率低。本文对长江中、下游地区早熟小麦品种的发育模式和选择问题进行了讨论。

Abstract:

Experiments were carried out in growth chamber to study the effectof low temperature(9℃ and 11℃)on pollen development,from tetradto flowering,of early maturing wheat cultivars.Fifteen cultivars of various oringin were choosen.Those cultivarsrepresented an array of genotypes showing differences in physiologicalmaturity and haveing different responses to vernalization and photoperi-od.The difference in pollen development rate among wheat cultivars und-er low temperature was prominent.At temperature of 9℃,the ...
