摘要: 随着中国经济改革的深入发展,人民生活日益改善,人民对食品品质的要求越来越高。培育推广优质高产小麦新品种是形势向小麦工作者提出的科研新课题。分析现有小麦品种的品质,了解中国小麦品质的现状,可以为育种工作选择杂交亲本、为食品工业选配原料提供依据。

Abstract: The quality of 23 Chinese winter wheat varieties planted in thePlant Science Farm of the University of Idaho in 1984 was analyzed,and compared with Hi1181,Lewjain,Daws and Wanser four U.S.PNWWinter wheat varieties.The results were:1)All Chinese varieties had hard endosperm with the exception ofNong
