摘要:

不同类型玉米籽粒中氨基酸总量、蛋白态氨基酸、游离氨基酸及赖氨酸、色氨酸含量变化趋势相同。单粒中蛋白态氨基酸和氨基酸总量积累速率为:普通玉米>普甜玉米>超甜玉米,游离氨基酸则相反;以干物质为基础的表示结果与上述相反。赖氨酸及色氨酸含量开始时上升,这最大值后下降,前期类型间差别不大,后期逐增,两种甜玉米的含量明
