摘要: 采用胶稠度单籽粒分析法,对5个籼稻纯系及其杂交和回交世代(P1,P2,F1,F2,B1F1和B2F1)的胶稠度进行了遗传研究。试验结果表明,籼稻胶稠度受到包括主效基因和若干微效基因的控制,硬对中等或软胶稠度,中等对软胶稠度表现显性。讨论了在稻米胶稠度的改良中亲本选配和后代选择的原则。
