摘要: 本研究采用副照甘薯强奸民意苗,接种单节段,离体培养并筛选变异体。以三种不同基因型作副射材料。初步明确了辐射和组培结合过程中一些基本技术条件,如培养基、基因型、光照条件、组培条件下的辐照剂量等,初步获得薯皮色变异系,对线虫性糠腐病抗扩展的变异系。它比常规辐射育种可节省大量田间工作量,并能缩短育种击期,
