摘要: 本文利用双列杂交设计对玉米籽粒的蛋白质、赖氨酸和油分含量的遗传成分即加性方差和显性方差进行了比较研究。结果表明,蛋白质、赖氨酸和油分含量的基因型差异均显著,表明在这些自交系和杂交组合中进行高蛋白质、高赖氨酸和高油分含量的选择是有效的。赖氨酸和油分含量的加性方差比显性方差重要得多,而蛋白质的显性方差起
