摘要: 对甘薯品种中A、B、C三个杂交不孕群的品种进行自交和群内品种间杂交的结实性观察,并用多种途径进行克服不亲和性的研究。其中以NAA,6-BA,2,4-D等生长物质处理,对克服花粉萌发后的障碍,延长花器寿命,和提高结实率有明显的效果。效果大小与植物生长物质种类、浓度、配比有关,也和试验材料有关。所得杂种后代经酯酶同工
