摘要: 以DMSO为分子探针,检测了H202 - Fee2+体系及Paraquat处理后,小麦叶片中的·OH变化,并研究了·OH对叶片的氧化损伤及3种外源抗氧化剂(GSH, SBA和Mannitol)的防护效应。结果表明.HZ02 -Fe2+和paraquat处理后,叶片中的·OH含量显著增加,并导致SOD, CAT活性破坏,膜脂过氧化作用加剧,Chl含量和NR活性显著降低。3种抗氧化剂
