摘要： 花药培养是60年代以来发展起来的一项生物技术，已成功地应用于大多数主要农作物的育种实践，但棉花方面却进展甚微。棉花花药培养研究始于70年代初，国内、外学者在花药愈伤诱导条件的优化、离体小抱子的成活条件以及愈伤分化等方面进行了一些实践和探索，但至今没有令人信服的证据表明再生单倍体植株的成功获得。资料显示，
