摘要: 本研究对甘薯块根淀粉含量高低4种不同类型35个品种根的初生结构进行了比较研究。甘薯根的初生结构,属典型的双子叶植物根结构,大部分品种维管束为五原或六原。不同品种间根的维管束数目、皮层厚薄、中柱大小是有差异的,但这些差异与块根膨大快慢,淀粉含量多少,产量高低似无相关性。
