摘要: 对14个籽粒苋品种(其中10个引自美国、4个为国内品种)的种子、叶、茎的营养成分进行了分析。结果表明,种子中的蛋白质、赖氨酸及脂肪含量显著高于一般谷类作物,特别是赖氨酸含量为小麦的2倍,小米的3倍,而亮氨酸含量则低于一般谷类作物。故籽粒苋与玉米、小麦等谷类作物的种子相混合时,将在营养成分上起互补作用,使氨基酸配比
