摘要： 研究了8个甘蔗品种(种)叶片中的酸性转化酶、中性转化酶、淀粉酶以及酸性磷酸酶在不同生长期的活性。结果表明,叶片中的酸性和中性转化酶以及淀粉酶与甘蔗的生长有明显的关系。酸性转化酶活性以及酸性对中性转化酶活性的比率与品种(种)蔗糖份的高低有密切的负相关趋势。因此,似乎有可能把叶片中的酸性和中性转化酶活性作为在
