摘要： 本文报道了哈克尼西株（Gossypium harknessii)雄性不育细胞质在棉花杂种一代内对某些生理生化特点的影响。研究结果表明，蕾期叶片叶绿素、可深性糖、淀粉分量及光合强度、呼吸强度、含有哈克尼西棉胞质的（A×R）F1 均略高于其同核异质材料（B×R）F1，但差异不显著；花期叶片叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、淀粉含量及光合强度，（
