Abstract: The relationship between peroxidase activity and the plant height ofcorn and wheat was studied.Plant heightis negatively correlated withthe peroxidase activity of the internodes of corn and wheat at the stemelongation stage,and also of the wheat coleoptiles.The differences of zymograms of peroxidase
