摘要： 收集国内外水稻品种466个,在苗期进行酯酶同工酶分析,获得11种酶谱类型。从地理分布来分析,东南亚、印度、我国云南、两广品种酯酶同工酶类型丰富;长江流域、日本品种酯酶同工酶类型较少。从水稻品种的起源、演变分析,普通野生稻酯酶同工酶类型最多,籼稻次之,粳稻的酶谱较少。研究表明,酯酶同工酶与品种的亲缘有着密切关系。
Abstract: Four hundred and sixty six of rice varieties collected from variouscountries of the world were analysed,and 11 zymogram types of esteraseisozymes were obtained.Esterase isozymes showed more complex in therice varieties of the Southeast Asia,India and Yunnan,Guangdong andGuangxi of China,than that of
