摘要： 本方法的特点是:在显带染色以前,用醋酸洋红染色。仅仅用盐酸处理玻片上的材料,而且在酒精处理以后,用低浓度的Leishman染色液染色而不用Giemsa或高浓度的Leishman染色液染色。 本方法的优点是:由于用醋酸洋红染色便于观察分带前染色体形态特征。不用盐酸处理根尖便于得到分离很好的染色体。本方法可以得到更多条带,而且带型
