摘要: 在茎伸长盛期,甘蔗+1叶的叶绿体、线粒体和细胞溶质中都存在吲哚乙酸(IAA)氧化酶活性。IAA氧化酶的相对活性在细胞溶质、线粒体和叶绿体的比例为2∶1∶1,品种间无明显差异。但 IAA 氧化酶的比活性则以线粒体的最高,分别比叶绿体和细胞溶质的高1倍和2倍以上。茎伸长较快的甘蔗品种,其+1叶各细胞器中的 IAA 氧化酶活性都比较低;
