摘要: 本文首先利用太谷小麦可育株证实了同一朵小花里的大孢子母细胞(EMC)和花粉母细胞(PMCs)减数分裂节律基本同步的现象。随后,以这种可育株作标准,与含 Tal 基因的孪生不育株比较,初步证实:该基因的存在对 EMC 的减数分裂节律和分裂相表征无明显影响;但对 PMCs 的减数分裂早在造孢细胞期或PMCs 减数分裂前的间期便显出它的阻遏
