摘要: 本研究在大豆全生育期间,对主茎叶片四个生理特性进行了活体同步跟踪测定。结果表明:①主茎各节位叶的光合速率、蒸腾速率及叶导性均在叶片个体发育中呈单峰曲线变化;同时,暗呼吸速率则在叶片伸展初期表现出最大值,之后随叶伸展和衰老而逐渐下降;②不同节位间叶片的光合速率、蒸腾速率和叶导性的平均值、最大值、最大值持续时
