摘要： 本实验以继代培养多年的水稻再生绿芽为起始材料，通过MET单独使用和配合使用对再生绿芽生长及其体内MET吸收动态进行研究，结果指出：（1）MET与其他激素配合使用，不但能降低植株高度，促进根系发育，而且可以防止MET对绿芽的毒害作用；（2）单独使用MET，再生芽对MET的吸收高峰期与绿芽变褐受害期基本一致；（3）MET与AB、
