摘要: 本实验以继代培养多年的水稻再生绿芽为起始材料,通过MET单独使用和配合使用对再生绿芽生长及其体内MET吸收动态进行研究,结果指出:(1)MET与其他激素配合使用,不但能降低植株高度,促进根系发育,而且可以防止MET对绿芽的毒害作用;(2)单独使用MET,再生芽对MET的吸收高峰期与绿芽变褐受害期基本一致;(3)MET与AB、
