摘要: 采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,通过使用特异的引物和探针,对玉米中的内源基因Invertase和转基因玉米Mon 810、Event 176中的外源基因进行了定量检测,建立了商业化转基因玉米Mon 810 (YieldGard)和Event 176 (Maximizer)的定量PCR检测方法。该方法的检测灵敏度小于0.01%,是国际上设定的转基因最低限量的100倍。
