摘要:
以北方粳型超级稻代表品种沈农265和沈农606为试材,秋光和辽粳294为对照,采用盆栽试验,在不同生育时期测定根系伤流速度、根系吸收面积、单株根系氧化力和叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度。结果表明,沈农265和沈农606在整个生育期内根系吸收面积、单株根系氧化力和伤流速度都显著地高于对照品种,特别是在生育后期,根系衰老缓慢,生理活性强。在灌浆结实期,两个品种的叶绿素含量和光合速率与对照品种差异显著,光合特性下降速度明显慢于对照品种。说明超级粳稻沈农265和沈农606具有明显的根系生理优势和叶片光合优势,灌浆结实期根系生理活性与叶片叶绿素含量呈显著正相关。
