Abstract:

The method of in vitro analysis of NR assay was modified as follows:1)The tissue was first homogenated into powder form in solid CO₂ anddissolved in extract buffer.2)The homogenate was then centrifugated at4000 rpm/min for 15 min to precipitate the NR fraction.This methodhas the advantage of protecting NR from inhibitory compounds like phenolsand others,it also makes a lower background by discarding the suppersolution containing pigment after centrifugation.As a result,the NRactivity extracted by this meth...
