Plant Regeneration from Allotriploid (O.sativa×O.minuta) Hybrid Protoplast

Abstract: The experimental material was an allotriploid (ABC 2n=3x=36), the hybrid F1 of the cross O. sativa (AA 2n=24) × O. minuta (BBCC 2n=4x=48).
