The Study of the Ancient Cultivated Rice Restored from the Carbonized Rice

Abstract: The 200 carbonized rice of Bashidang remains T43 (18) 8000 bP were studied. The reductional ratio of length, width and thickness of carbonized rice was 5.36%, 2.27% and 1.04%, and for the carbonized grain was 10.71%, 3.03% and 2.08% were affirmed respectively.
