Abstract: The acid phosphatase(APase) activity of winter wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)cv. Linfen 118 with high phosphate use efficiency (PUE) was changed with two peaks during life period, in comparison with a low PUE cultivar Lumai 13, the APase activities in functional leaves were lower before filling stage
