田间试验中的趋势变异及其控制

摘要:

应用反应面分析研究分别设置于水田和旱田中的空白试验、完全随机设计、随机完全区组设计、拉丁方设计和平方格子设计试验的趋势变异,试验材料为水稻和小麦品种。结果表明:在空白试验中,趋势变异平方和约占总平方和的76%;在其余试验中,趋势变异平方和平均为剩余(扣除品种)平方和的67.79%(极差为45.66%~79.14%)。当以反应面方法消去趋势变异后,试验的误差均方都小于常规方差分析的误差均方。因而反应面方法对于趋势变异的控制,要比区组控制更为有效。趋势变异的反应面分析法可以应用于适合和一些不适合常规方差分析的试验,并提高试验的精确度。

Abstract:

For exploring the trend variation in field experiment,the blank test(BL)and the completely random(CR),the randomized completeblock(RCB),the Latin square(LS)and the p~2 lattice(LA)de-signs were arranged respectively in lowland and upland and the riceand wheat varieties were used as materials.The data obtained wereanalysed by the response surface method.The results showed:1.In all trials,the trend variations were very significant(α>0.01).In blank tests,the proportions of the trend variation SS to thetotal SS ...
