摘要: 对油菜叶片及其外植体所产生的愈伤组织和分生组织细胞进行了详细的透射电镜观察。观察表明,它们的超微结构发生了深刻变化,而且这些变化与细胞脱分化和再分化有关。它们的主要区别是:油菜叶肉细胞是一种典型的薄壁细胞,细胞质很少,但叶绿体非常丰富。脱分化的愈伤组织细胞类似于薄壁细胞,中央也有一个大液泡,液泡周围有一层
