Abstract: Local varieties from Asian countries were assayed for 12 loci of 8 enzymes bystarch gel electrophresis.The results showed that the genotypes with high frequency atAmp-2,Acp-1,Cat-1 loci were Amp-2~2,Acp-1~(-4),Cat-1~1 for Indica andAmp-2~1,Acp-1~(+9),Cat-1~2 for Japonica.Data were analyzed by the me
