A Study on Fatty Acids of Corn Kernels in China

Abstract: This paper deals with a study on fatty acids of corn kernels in China.608 cornvarieties were collected from 20 provinces as the experimental materials.The fatty acidswere determined with a gas-chromatography.The statistical results showed that the av-erage contents of fatty acids were as follow:Lino
