Abstract: The changes of storage protein in soybean seeds during germinationwas studied by SDS gel electrophoresis.The cultivar used in this experiment was Keshuang and the seeds were placed in culture dish withfilter paper at laboratory.The temperature of laboratory was about 20℃The results showed that:(1)t
