Abstract: Electrophoretic analyses of esterase isozyme in germinating seeds of 928 collections ofKaoliang(Sorghum vulgare)together with some samples of exotic cultivated and wildsorghums were conducted in 1981-1984.The results are shown as follows:The band of esterase isozymogram in germinating seeds of kaoli
